Vitaliti Terms

Once you’ve been a Vitaliti member for 2 months, you can carry 1 unused consultation over to the following month, giving you a total of 2 consultations for that month. This time can be used in any way you like. Additional 15 minute consultations will be charged at £25 each, payable by card at the time. 

A 10% discount is offered on longer consultations with a Vitaliti practitioner not covered by your membership, workshops, supplements, and the monthly Neal’s Yard order. Medicine and postage costs remain at full price, and a current pricelist will be available in the files section of the Facebook group.

Any herbal medicines will be posted to you within 24 hours of your consultation, or receipt of your request. 

Where it’s not in your best interests to work by telemedicine and you’re unable to come to either of the Wolverhampton clinics, we will put you in touch with a more local Medical Herbalist who works outside of Vitaliti. Any arrangements you make with them are not our responsibility, and Vitaliti discounts won’t apply to your consultations. You will still remain a Vitaliti member for the remaining services, and you are welcome to upload a copy of your notes to your Vitaliti file should you wish to. 

Children living in your household are covered by your Vitaliti membership fee until their 13th birthday. After this time, they would need to rejoin with an adult membership if you’d like them to be covered, although a 20% family discount would apply to all members living in your household, provided that the fee is covered by a single payment each month. 

Membership payment is made monthly in advance by credit or debit card. You can give written notice of cancellation at any point and your payments will be cancelled with immediate effect. Your files will likewise be archived and you will be removed from the Facebook group. 

We do our best to make sure you receive the highest quality service from Vitalti. However we appreciate that occasionally mistakes can happen. Any concerns or complaints regarding Vitaliti should be addressed privately to Hannah in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Open airing of complaints on social media may result in your membership being immediately cancelled without refund. Legal action will also be considered where necessary. 

You are asked to be polite and respectful to other Vitaliti members both inside and outside the VIP Facebook group. 

We reserve the right not to offer routine appointments for 1 week over the Christmas period, and 1 week during the summer. Urgent appointments will still be available during these times by special arrangement. Please contact me directly to book these.
